You'll receive a push message through the 247app when your system generate an alarm message. The key holders can respond to this push message and handle the alarm. You can enter the key holders yourself with their contact details. When a key holder is not allowed to receive messages (for example due to holidays) you can indicate this in this app. Handling your alarm report does not cause unnecessary delay because the report is offered to someone who can not respond to it.
In the same simple way you can put your alarm system in maintenance. This means that your alarm system still sends alarm notifications, but they are not forwarded to the key holders.
The app provides a digital card. So you never have to worry about losing your pass with the alarm code from the alarm center.
